New York strip steak? I was at the butchers earlier today and got these beautiful New York strip steaks to cook for my husband for fathers day. Usually I just soak them overnight in my own marinade and grill them the next day. But these steaks seem a little overwhelming. They are about 2 to 2 1/2 inches thick. I'm not sure if my method would work with them. We like our steaks med- med. well. How on earth will I get them done enough on our grill?
