What does the Outback Steakhouse personality test include?

I was asked to come into the Outback Steakhouse and take a personality test before they start the application process. I'm 16, so this is my first job and I have no idea how to prepare. Has anyone ever taken one of the tests at the Outback before? I've heard they can be hard and I don't want to be caught offgaurd. Please help!

1. It's a personality test, not the SAT. Relax. There are no right or wrong answers. FWIW, I think these tests are silly.
2. Maybe Outback is a cult like Scientology!
3. These test are to find out what kind of person you are, nothing more. Alot of people freak out when they hear personality. Its really nothing to worry about, just relax and answer the questions with an open mind don't analyze the questions.
