Where can I find the best steak in the Philippines?

My friend from the US is coming here in the Philippines and he love to eat steak. Where can I find the best steak, that is affordable and delicious. It must be in metro manila.

1. try the OUTBACK steakhouse in c-5.. near eastwood.. steak there is indeed yummy! hmm.. but it's not that affordable.. ^^
2. Sangly Point a navel base is about one hours boat ride to Manila . In down town Manila their is a hotel, ( forgot the name) it is several blocks from Wall City that was bombed during the last war.. Past this City of the poor who live in bombed buildings with cannon ball holes through the coconut trees, several blocks is a nice hotel with reasonable prices and good food. I would suggest that you make sure you are eating steak and not dog as the market places hang the skinned dogs to sell for food. Wish you luck.
