  1. I just love the peppercorn spice from my local supermarket. They only serve it on their own highest quality sirloin and other cuts. I can't buy it separate.
  2. Well its all in the cut. I would suggest getting a decent cut if you want it to turn out decent. I marinate mine in worstchestershire sauce and season with garlic, black pepper and salt. YUM!
  3. Tenderize it and marinate it in saurian rap for 24 hrs.
  4. My favorite is very simple Kosher salt and ground pepper You spend a lot of money on a good steak - why cover the natural flavor of it with a bunch of spices?
  5. salt pepper and garlic powder is all ya meed
  6. some restaurant's season it with peppercorn. But i prefer dales steak seasoning, a little liquid smoke, and marinate it in Worcestershire sauce. let it sit there for a while and put it on the grill for 3 minutes on each side for a rare delicious steak. anyway you can get all of these products @ wall-mart.
  7. rub it with oil, fresh garlic and sprinkle seasoning salt cook on grill and pour melted butter for the last few minutes of cooking to get a bit of char on the outer layer
  8. Smother in seasoning. Tony Chachere is really great on it.
  9. The best seasons to use on a steak can be bought at any walmart or felpausch store.."Montreal Steak Seasoning" It is the best seasoning out there. You can add a little garlic OR a touch of lemon juice if you like but I prefer just the seasoning and it is delicious. Everytime I make steak with "montreal Steak Seasoning" I get so many complements its hard to believe that people love it that much. Everytime I've had somebody over for dinner they ask what my recipe is and I just laugh. Try it, I bet you'd like it. Good Luck.
