-Peter Luger -Sparks -Wolfgang's -Dylan Prime All great places. Luger's is probably the most famous and they do have great steaks.
I can't tell you the best, but... If anyone recommends Broadway Joe's Steakhouse run screaming. My boss at the time highly recommended it for my trip to NYC. I now wonder if she hated me from the start. That place sucked!!

Dylan Prime is pretty good. I have heard Sparks is pretty affordable as NYC steakhouses go. Peter Luger's and Keen are the Old NYC favorites.

I love Peter Luger's but I have also heard great reviews on Daisy May's BBQ and Robert's Steakhouse (located in the Penthouse Executive Club - gentleman's club). http://www.eatsleepgo.com/NYC-Manhattan.html
