- maybe cut them into strips put a good marinade on top of them and cook them in a frying pan or a skillet? sounds yummy
- Green beans or baked potato or mashed potatos or corn those all sound yummy with steak a salad wouldnt hurt either
- cut them in small pieces and mix them in with the rice and add veggies and you can have a stir fry
- Since you are doing fried rice, then you want your steak to go along with the theme. Put the steaks in a plastic bag, pour in some beef stock, soy sauce, minced ginger and a little bit of honey. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 min. When you are ready to cook it, put the steaks onto a baking pan that has sides on it and broil for about 5 minutes. It should come out carmelized on the outside and tender on the inside. Well done you may add a couple of mins. Have fun.
- Slice into thin strips and marinate with soya sauce, honey, mustard add a touch of salt and pepper. Marinade for about 15 mins. In a frying pan add a little olive oil, fry some onions and a few sliced chili's and shreds of ginger and then add the steak. Once nearly cooked add the marinade to it and simmer for a few minutes. Delicious trust me. Enjoy

- I'd make chicken stir fry with them. You can use the recipe for chicken stir fry but cut the steak into strips and use it instead. It worked really good for pork tenderloin too!
- Who are you cooking for? Is it a new guy? Did you have a good date?
