outback steak house spicy dipping sauce, how do they make it?

does anyone know the recipe for the outback steak house spicy dipping sauce, the stuff for the blooming onion, or one that is very similar?

2. Spicy ranch, just add a bit of "Chili Seasoning" (Not just chili powder) to your favorite ranch dressing.
3. It has some Thousand Island in it. And, from the Outback, some koala bear droppings.
4. Yum!!!! Creamy Chili Sauce: 1 pint Mayonnaise 1 pint Sour cream 1/2 C. Chili sauce 1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper

7. um its outback steakhouse, which is a chain. So to answer this is easy. They "make it" by opening a can/bottle/bag etc and dump the crap in a bowl
