How much does a bus boy make at Outback Steakhouse?

Im applying for a part time job there and was wondering how much i might make as a busboy. I know they get a percentage of tips and all that, but what im asking is how much actual money do they make on average a night? How much money a week? a month? Im in college so ill probably work mostly long weekends, what could i expect to make from a 8 hour shift on a Saturday?

They pay the busboy the same wage as a server, however Servers tip out 3% of their sales and that 3% is divided up between bussers, hosts, and bartenders. So you will receive a very small hourly wage plus a tip-share at the end of the night. The busy the night, the higher your tip-share. Avg tip-share $18-$45.
