Well since it's in Hangshou China you wanna pick a name that people form there can relate to such as the a famous festival or gathering such as Sacred Dragon steak house or Red Dragon steak house or Hangshou Dragon steakhouse. Then you can have a theme for the decorations inside the steakhouse of dragons and the color red.
